Matt Smith is the new Doctor Who
It has been announced that Matt Smith is to be the eleventh Dr Who. The 26 year old will be the youngest Doctor so far has previously been seen in political drama, Party Animals. David Tennant will appear in four specials through 2009 before Matt picks up the baton for the next full series starting in 2010.
